2004 Blair Atholl Patrol Jamborette

The 29th Scottish International Patrol Jamborette was held between July 20th and July 30th, 2004, at Blair Castle, Blair Atholl, Perthshire, Scotland. There were about 860 Scouts (430 International, 430 Scots) and 350 leaders attending the event, including twelve Scouts and four Leaders from Baden-Powell Council, BSA, in central New York State.

Where's the Hogwart's Express?

We left upstate New York by bus to JFK airport on Monday, July 12, 2004, and arrived in London early the next morning. We spent a week touring through England, Wales and Scotland. After that, the Blair Atholl Jamborette for ten days, and afterward, four days of home visitation before we flew home.

I took 2,400 pictures, and this website will present a few of them. If you need a full-size copy of any of the pictures, or perhaps a picture which doesn't appear here, or if you have any questions about the trip or the Jamborette, feel free to contact me.

In the meanwhile, we're making plans for 2008!
